mi2demo using the record/playback feature of the engine we don't yet
support. You can however hit escape at the title screen and walk around an
early version of monkey island 2.

the monkeyega demo and the amiga mi demo both hang at the same spot for
some reason, you can use a boot param or the debugger to get past this
spot and it works fine, not sure why this happens exactly.
The demo seems to be the same as the one found in pass anyway.
