I've already replied to this, as Arisme originally e-mailed me privately,
but here we go.

A fair number of these complaints have been made on the forum, and when
appropriate I've pointed them to either file a bug or (in the WinCE case)
to the PocketMatrix forum. It's not my fault if they don't follow up with
the problem :)
