[Scummvm-devel] I would like to volunteer to work on writing the manual

I also have been more in favor of something other than docbook.
Personally I'd like a HTML manual, which could easily be converted to
various formats. OpenOffice is not very optimal for format conversion,
nor really is RTF... although it can be made acceptable, it's just a
longer process :)
