That last akos commit to both branches was a mistake and reverted 
completely, shortly after. Since that shadow change to akos code made no 
visual difference either way.

I didn't delay the 0.8.2 release for any bug fixes, it was only waiting for 
an announcement of the release time. I just added several important bug 
fixes in the meantime.
