The free host doesn't seem to have been that much to count on. After uploading 
the files everything looked fine and I posted the link. Shortly after the site 
only showed the message that the account was under manual review (as all their 
new accounts apparently had to go through). Later I get an e-mail saying it was 
done and the site got approved, but the member area says it got canceled due to 
abuse. So much for free hosting.

I've put it up on another host, however that link will be posted off list (due 
to limited bandwidth) to the developers only (any one who responded to the RFC). 
So if you're a developer and want to view it, either mail me, or ask another 
developer if they have the link.
