[Scummvm-devel] Custom placement new operator

Hi Lars, all,

attached is a patch which implements a custom placement new operator  
for our memory pools. Ideally, that should fix the issues on Symbian  
we were having earlier -- *if* it supports implementing custom  
placement new operators.

Can you please give it a quick try and tell me whether it works, or  
whether it produces errors (and which) ?

Everybody else is welcome to do that, too, esp. folks using non-GCC  
compilers (e.g. MSVC), or pre-4.x GCC
