Is this really necessary? The end product is a static binary that
combines GPL and LGPL, thus only GPL is relevant. For the source it's
of course still important to include the file though (but for Debian
builds I never modify the upstream tarball anyway, unless impossible to
avoid to meet the DFSG).

Debian has separate flight-of-the-amazon-queen and beneath-a-steel-sky
packages, so these shouldn't be needed.

Lure of the Temptress has not yet been packaged for Debian; when/if it is
I expect this file to be shipped in that package.

These cannot be shipped with the Debian package, since they do not meet
the DFSG (unless I'm mistaken -- they *are* generated from the game
data, which isn't available under a free license, right?).
