Unfortunately a nasty regression (crash after any OmniTV video is played) was just reported in The Feeble Files, when using ScummVM 0.13.0. (and occurs in 0.13.1) So I think a re-tag of ScummVM 0.13.1 would be best, I have already fixed this issue in trunk and branch, and back ported a few other useful changes/fixes.
