[Scummvm-devel] Who maintains planet.scummvm.org and doxygen.scummvm.org

Planet is me, same as always ;-). I assumed that was fairly well known these
days, my bad I guess.

Docs on how to do the updates are in SVN (well links are in the README in
the web-planet module).

http://wiki.scummvm.org/index.php/User:DJWillis/Planet also has some notes
(I'll move them over somewhere more permanent).

In simple terms anyone with SVN commit can update the planet by editing the
config.ini file in SVN and adding an appropriate avatar. 
The Planet then pulls the changes over on its next update so no one 'needs'
access to the server to maintain its feeds.

I'll be adding all the GSoC student BLOG's in one batch this weekend as I am
still waiting for the last 2 responses with feed links.
