[Scummvm-devel] Rename tools_cli and tools_gui

Hi there,

regarding the tools GUI branch: I think tools_cli and tools_gui are  
highly inappropriate names for the executables there; far to bland and  
non-descript. We should rename them to indicate what they are good for  
and that they are related to ScummVM. Say, we could call them  
scummvm_tools_cli and scummvm_tools_gui -- not great at all, but  
definitely better than what we have now. Better ideas? :-)
