[Scummvm-devel] BS1 german cutscene pack broken link

My understanding is that this package was merely for convenience, so 
that you wouldn't have to first download the English DXA pack, and then 
overwrite the audio with the German audio add-on.   It should be safe to 
remove this link if it's no longer valid.
