As expected, now there is a mix between 2 versions on different SF.net
mirrors. So, check md5 and size on downloading. Also I suggest to use
the source links, i.e.

  http://osdn.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/scummvm/scummvm-0.13.0.tar.bz2
  http://osdn.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/scummvm/scummvm-0.13.0.tar.gz

These are directly fed by FRS.
