[Scummvm-devel] SAGA code size

Hello everyone

I've tried to minimize the code size of the SAGA engine. Some code used for debugging has been ifdef'ed out, and two new defines have been introduced: ENABLE_IHNM and ENABLE_SAGA2, to enable code for I Have no Mouth and the work in progress SAGA2 games (both enabled by default for now). These work in a similar way as the ENABLE_SCUMM_7_8 and ENABLE_HE defines.

This would be useful for ports with little memory, like the DS, which doesn't support SVGA resolutions afaik, so it can't run IHNM and SAGA 2 games anyway.

I hope this will help in reducing the needed memory for SAGA.
