Hi,

The anchors still exist, but they don't expand the content at the moment when 
used (now that you mention it I remember jvprat taking up that issue earlier). 
That should be fixable I believe. And adding new anchors for the specific 
subsections can be done as well and then used in the wiki.

I'll give it a shot someday when it's not hot outside (my room gets freaking 
hot!), so hopefully I'll have something working next weekend.
