[Scummvm-devel] Enabling -Wparentheses in the Makefile

I committed the patch(es) from salty-horse and removed 
"-Wno-parentheses" from the CXXFLAGS for g++ 4.3. If there are any real 
complains about that it should be easy to add it again, but I guess it 
should be rather useful to have it enabled.
