I will update the wiki logo and favicon (and possibly the wiki skin  
if the new logo has a different aspect ratio).

Should I upload it as soon as it is ready or do we want to update the  
logos and favicons on the web site/wiki/forum all at the same time on  
the day version 1.0.0 is released?
