That doesn't look at all like an point and click adventure. More like
an simulation with some rpg elements (at least from what I read on the
page you linked), thus I guess it's out of scope anyway. So I doubt it
would be ever integrated into ScummVM.

>From what I read on the website the source code to the game won't
be/isn't under an open source license, thus you can't really use it
for a ScummVM engine. (Actually statically linked engines need to be
under GPL, I'm unsure about dynamic plugins though).
