Hi Max,

A month seems like not a whole lot of time to test something as huge and complex as Scummvm. 

If I was to choose, I would probably announce three months ahead of a new version being released. Branching could take place two months before the release. 

Although hopefully the RC plans you mentioned would have the effect of extending the testing period anyway - that sounds good to me.

Also, I would like to chime in and say your work on Scummvm has been amazing and the project wouldn't be what it is today if you were to decide to leave - I hope you don't do that.
