[Scummvm-devel] Game enhancements

Further to this: there are other "hidden" options and features, which are
turned off, and there is no way to enable them as a user from the GUI.
These include:
- Saving/loading from the GMM in HE games (disabled because it could
introduce graphics glitches)
- Simultaneous speech and subtitles in Simon the Sorcerer 2 (some subtitles
are incomplete/missing)
- The alternative floppy introduction in Beneath a Steel Sky (there's a
command line switch for that)

In my opinion, there should be engine-specific options for these from our
GUI, so that the user decides what to do with these features, instead of us,
