[Scummvm-devel] Migration to GIT?

The only concern I have is that last I checked, github didn't work
well with https access. I've mentioned this before. This is a problem
for people behind firewalls who can't access the git port. When I last
messed with it, I didn't manage to find any solution, but that was a
while ago.
