When this was first set up for iOS, only a couple of them existed as far 
as I can remember. I guess no one added them to iOS when new ones were 
created :).

That said: Why do we even have defines to control these separately? Is 
there any reason for a port wanting some of these but all? (I.e. why 
don't we just have one single USE_ARM_ASM define).
