Github doesn't have categories/groups like SF's tracker, though I
think they're mostly unused, as all bugs have an engine/system prefix.

You also can't attach files (like screenshots or savegames)..
Technically oriented people would find a way to host files, though
others might need a guide.

That said, the bug submission process is already a bit difficult for
newcomers, as they have to set up a SourceForge account, so maybe
that's not a big problem.

The Github signup process may be even more intimidating as the signup
link actually says "Pricing and Signup" and page itself may be
intimidating for someone who's just interested in reporting a problem
with a game.
