No. Forgot about it. I'll make one :)

I used git-svn to fetch the data, and was rather pleased with the result 
(it understands svn 1.6 merges).

Then I manually created branches and moved each of the tags to the 
correct place with the correct commit timestamp/author details. I have a 
file with the commands I used. I will publish it once I get the current 
batch of changes done.
