Wow, that is great! When we figure out what exactly we're going to use it
for, a news post / logo sounds very appropriate.

Buildbot also supports multiple builders, so we could even spread the load
around.

If we have sufficient capacity, it would be nice to explore the possibility of
building pull requests _before_ merging them too, I think.

That's definitely worth considering. As you say, SF is not very stable at the
moment...
