Hi team,

Indeed it's too early for Soltys, which would for sure benefit some more refactoring and testing. In order to avoid unproductive pressure, I even prefer we don't modify this schedule for Soltys, it'll give more time to polish the engine (and anyway, there are not many users waiting for Soltys, after all)
I haven't played ringworld since dreammaster modified TsAGE engine for Blue Force, so I can't give any feedback on this side. For sure, it'll require to be tested completely.

Concerning gob, DrMcCoy confirmed that his modifications for Geisha don't impact the rest of the engine, so it doesn't require a full-replay at this time.

So, for me, the schedule suggested is fine.

Best regards,
Arnaud

On Wed, Sep 21, 2011 at 9:41 AM, A. Milburn <fuzzie@users.sourceforge.net> wrote:

Well, that doesn't give anyone time to fix much, but perhaps we're
not going to get much more fixed for any reasonable timetable
anyway..

I'm probably not going to get composer V1 support done within the
next few weeks, do we want to mark the composer engine as supported
anyway? It's been pretty well-tested now.

I think it is also far too early for Soltys (and Strangerke agrees)..
And +1 on disabling the OpenGL backend again, unfortunately.

(One more thought: How is Ringworld's stability at the moment, with
all the engine refactoring being done for Blue Force?)
