Summary: Bomp masking fix (regression)

Initial Comment:
This fixes the first (easy) part of  bug #635369 ("Bomp
regressions") by making drawBomp() honor the topmost
mask. I've tested it against three different scenes:

* The fuel tower scene in Full Throttle, where the
hover-whatever would be drawn over the text.

* Inside the asteroid in The Dig, where the inventory
window would be drawn over text when examining objects
you were carrying. (This may depend a bit on where in
the room Boston is at the time.)

* Outside the Mystery Vortex in Sam & Max, where the
floating objects in the foreground would be drawn over
the conversation icons when talking to Max. (As I've
pointed out before, this actually happens with the
original interpreter as well.)
