Summary: V7 descumm hack

Initial Comment:
It turns out that V7 (Full Throttle and The Dig)
scripts of type LSCR (local script?) have one lousy
extra byte in the header compared to the V6 scripts.
This patch adds a "-7" option to descumm6 to handle that.

I've only tested it with Full Throttle, but I see no
reason it shouldn't work with The Dig as well.
