Initial Comment:
After consulting several walkthrough guides, it appears as if 
the script is not functioning properly. 

After D-linc'ing Lamb and feeding his cat I move left to the 
Implant office. All the guides indicate that I should ask joey 
to convince the hologram to let me in. The only option I get 
from Joey is "Never Mind".

I'm attaching the save file.
