Initial Comment:
After a few false start, finally something to show for it.

This patch adds some basic graphics capabilities to the
Broken Sword 2 engine. It will probably need some
cleanup, and it's probably a bit inefficient right now,
but that can be dealt with later. It's a start.

With the full game, the patch isn't very interesting.
It gets to the splash screen (and I have to move the
cursor to force it to update the screen if I want to
see it) before the caching mechanism stops the game
dead in its track. At least it does under Linux. (It's
trying to copy a file to C: I think.)

The demo is a lot more interesting: The screen fades up
and the camera pans to where George would walk into
view if sprite drawing had been implemented.
