Summary: Grabbing the mouse cursor (incomplete)

Initial Comment:
With the action scenes in Full Throttle starting to
come alive, perhaps it would be useful if ScummVM could
be made to restrict the mouse cursor within the game
window, without having to force the user to switch to
fullscreen mode.

The way I would use such a feature, as a player, would
be that when an action sequence started I would use a
hotkey to turn the grabbing on, and when the action
sequence had finished I would release it. Of course, it
could be made automatic, but if so I think it should be
an option. I don't think we should force it onto the
player.

The actual grabbing is trivial to achieve with the SDL
backend. In fact, it used to be a standard feature in
the games Loki Software ported to Linux. The patch
implements the backend changes, but does not add a
hotkey or config option for it.
