Summary: SIMON1: Golum Ring causes graphic glitches

Initial Comment:
Latest ScummVM cvs version. 
Simon the Sorcerer 1 (Any language or version) 
Compiled under mingw with GCC 3.2.3 and running under 
Windows XP. 

Wearing the ring from Golum causes Simon's flashing 
mask to appear on top of other sprites in the room.
This problem is due to incomplete transparency support 
in one section of vc_10_draw

Use the attached save game and go near the door to 
see the problem.
