Summary: INDY3: incorrect behaviour after death at end

Initial Comment:
In indy3 after you die in the one of the trails you are
taken back to the start of them.

However in ScummVM indy is placed to the far left of
the room incorrectly and henry's body is not visible.

This behaviour is present in both the ega and vga versions.
