Initial Comment:
Specifically the skipping of intros in Flight of the Amazon 
Queen and Beneath a Steel Sky are done by the 
pressing of Esc and pressing the left and right mouse 
buttons together doesn't work for these two games. Can 
one of the L or R trigger buttons be used to do this 
instead?

Also in both the Indy games I can't seem to fight, could 
one of the other triggers be used as one of the punch 
keys or is there another way to have the full method of 
punching?
