Summary: SCUMM - Disable speech delay when subtitles are disabled

Initial Comment:
Note: The following could be a bug as well as a RFE.
The subtitle speed value determines how long to display
each text message.
I'm not so sure about Implementation, but the general
behaviour is this: When combined with speech, the
sentence audio finishes, waits for the subtitle display
time to elapse, and the next sentence audio plays and
text appears.

When the subtitles are disabled, it seems as if the
subtitle speed setting is still in effect - there is a
pause between sentences.

And more on the same issue:
When subtitles are on, the pause between audio
sentences is filled with character mouth movements
animations. When they're off, the pause is just a
thundering silence.
