Summary: can't get 'auto-hover lift'

Initial Comment:
In the attached savegame, made with release 0.6.0, I am
unable to get the auto-hover lift. I have already gone
into the cave and retrieved the ramp I need, and I have
the booster. Since I've already been into the cave, the
little yellow biker dudes no longer appear on the mine
road, and that is, I presume, where I need to get the
hover unit from, since it hovers.

Hope you can reproduce this one, as it's preventing me
from being able to proceed any further in the game.
