Summary: ITE: Builder's Guild Test crashes when both mouse buttons
Initial Comment:
When taking the test for my membership to the builder's
guild it crashes when i grab a puzzle peice and click
both mouse buttons at the same time.
At one stage I simply clicked the right mouse button
and it crashed immediately. Thus the problem seems to
revolve around the right mouse button exclusivly.
Also another possible bug is present when i choose to
do the puzzle later or when the other members of the
builder's guild ask if i would like some help with the
puzzle. At this point, when I choose, " No thankyou, I
would rather complete the puzzle on my own", Riff says
nothing and no text is displayed however on riffs
answer, "Yes I would like some help" the same
happens but the script seems to just jump to the
member giving the hint. Easily missed but odd to me.
My instincts tell me it is infact a bug.
I don't remember such a noticable break in gameplay
when playing my original version back in the 90s on my
mac.
But the crash sure is a noticable break in gameplay and
a problem at best.
I have included a saved game for your convenience.
Cheers,
Paul.
