Summary: MANIAC: Add NES Maniac Mansion prototype

Initial Comment:
A prototype of the US NES Maniac Mansion has recently surfaced. As far as 
I can tell, the game is entirely complete, but is the uncensored version 
that was submitted to Nintendo for approval. Its MD5 checksum is 
2d7bff90f75caea93031f936cd4dc636, without iNES header. Since it 
should have no engine changes from the final release, might it be easily 
added to ScummVM?
