Initial Comment:
Hey, i know this bug has been reported before, but I just don't seem 
to be able to get past it.

It's the binoculars in the revolving restaurant when you're trying to 
find Frog Rock, you know?

when i try to stop or change direction, i click on the control bit but all 
that happens is that I rotate even faster!  Help!

If there's a very specific point I'm supposed to click at, where in the 
heck is it?
