Initial Comment:
Since I still can't compile ScummVM on this computer,
I'll submit this as a patch rather than applying it myself.

It makes the ITE credits mimic the original a bit
closer. The different versions don't have identical
credits. The CD version has some extra text compared to
the floppy version, as does the Mac version. The
WyrmKeep release has a few more changes.

Since the only version I have is the WyrmKeep
re-release I can't verify that the credits look right
in all cases, but they don't look obviously wrong to me
either.
