Initial Comment:
This is a very simple patch that adds DESTDIR (e.g.
"make install DESTDIR=/tmp/package-scummvm") support to
'make install' and 'make uninstall' in the Makefile
(scummvm/Makefile in CVS, scummvm-0.7.0/Makefile for
the stable releases) for repackaging purposes.
