Initial Comment:
I think I'm still using the 0.7.0 tools package, but
the CVS says it last got updated 4 months ago anyway...

when extracting GENERAL.PAK from hofdemo, the last file
to be extracted is ICONS.SHP - the file is created with
the right size, but it only contains 0x00

same when extracting .VOC files from the .VRM files of
the talkie version - last file is a .BAT file, visible
when hexediting the .VRM, but the outputtet file only
contains 0x00 to the end as well
