Initial Comment:
I tried to download with IE6, IE7 and wget and with 
two different ISPs and different network equipment 
etc with these results every time:

First stop at 4096 bytes, then at 16384 bytes and 
then at 65536 bytes etc.

Thank god I had wget so it kept resuming it and I 
finally got the daily build.
