Initial Comment:
This patch implements (Seekable)SubReadStream per
http://wiki.scummvm.org/index.php/TODO#Streams and some
additions to CxxTest to give them a small workout.

I didn't have any real preference between
SeekableSubReadStream and SubSeekableReadStream. Go
with whatever sounds better :-)
