Initial Comment:
"extras" on downloads page got a bit cluttered

- I moved the separately listed FOTAQ downloads up into the main FOTAQ downloads
- fixed capitalization in BS1 descriptions ("ALL LANGUAGES" vs "English" etc) and changed "override" to "overwrite"
- fixed file size given for KYRA.DAT
- made headings in table of contents on top of page consistent with the headings in the different sections

please test before comitting, I could only copy & paste my changes in a downloaded downloads.php html file, so the occasional error might have crept in

shouldn't the different games be spaced apart a bit, to distinguish where one game section ends and the next one starts? 

I also noted that QUEEN.TBL is hosted on an external site - is that still intentional? Plus there is a commented-out section for zipped daily source code - I think this could be removed?
