Summary: Patch for Atari ST/FreeMint

Initial Comment:
Some simple patches for the Atari ST/FreeMiNT ScummVM Port.

Fix error I did in configure for cross compiling.

Added -lsocket lib in configure needed for timidity support.

Add support for selecting playback frequency in the GUI.

FreeMiNT lacks sqrtf so, like MacOS, redefine it to use the included standard sqrt.
