Summary: NIPPON: Disable cursor during dialogs

Initial Comment:
It would be nice to have the cursor disabled or at
least moveable during dialogs. I added a screenshot
where the cursor (big sluggish and red :-)) covers
part of the text. One can read it, but still it's
hard and one shouldn't be forced to guess whats
behind the cursor, should one?

The cursor in the screenshot is non-moveable
