Initial Comment:
The new in the code included German (data5gr.enc, bgtextgr.enc etc) files have wrong file extensions associated, so the game crashes at the start. ScummVM says e.g. "Unable to open "data5gr.c"!". Notice the c instead of the correct enc file extension.
It seems that there is a typo in the resource.cpp, line 164-190.
