Summary: NDS scummvm-a: soft scaler initial colors distorted

Initial Comment:
When starting a game, the initial colors on the lower screen appear to be wrong, using software scaler in scummvm-a on Nintendo DS. Furthermore the image seems to be stretched horizontally. The upper screen is not affected, hardware scaler is not affected. After pressing the "Y" button once, or opening/closing the ingame menu, everything works well.

Tested: Monkey Island 1&2 VGA/Floppy/German.
