When using the Raincoat inside That's Handy shop in Part 3 inside the Mall, Bud seemingly puts on the Raincoat but after he has finished the action the Raincoat disappears. In this part of the game you need to pick up a Glove on the counter while wearing the Raincoat in order to avoid suspicion, Bud is still able to pick up the Glove while wearing his invisible Raincoat and the Raincoat becomes visible when the action of picking up the Glove is done, altso it appears again when Bud leaves the room and he takes it off.

In order to reproduce this bug simply use the Raincoat in the inventory and Bud will wear it, leave the Room to see him take it off again, i've already picked up the Glove in this savegame.
