When giving the silver medallion to the moneychanger, the game starts a dialogue between Rif and the Moneychanger. After some dialog lines the game just 'hangs'. That means there's no more dialogue, also the inventory is still hidden. I can not interact anymore. The only possibility is to load a save via the GMM.

Just in case it helps: I did accuse the Moneychanger of being the robber of the Orb first.
